Data deletion instructions
GMBSignals stores your business profile data, brand voice settings, posts, and — if you connect them — media pulled from your Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok accounts. You can delete any or all of it at any time.
Delete a connected social account
- Log in at app.gmbsignals.app.
- Open Connections for your business.
- Click Disconnect next to Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
Disconnecting removes the stored connection and any media pulled from that platform from your GMBSignals media library within 30 days.
Delete all of your data
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We will purge your account, brand profile, posts, media library, and connected social account data within 30 days, and confirm by email when it's done.
Automated deletion callbacks. If you remove GMBSignals' access from your Facebook or Instagram settings, Meta sends us a signed deletion request automatically. We honor it the same way: the related data is purged within 30 days and logged in our audit trail.
What we delete
- Social account connections (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and access tokens
- Media assets pulled or uploaded to your media library
- Brand profile, posts, reports, and account details (on full account deletion)
